Octagonal 1817 15 Stars Underground Railway Cent

Numismatic lore has it that the octagonal cents were used as "tickets" on the fabled Underground Railway. The vast majority of these are of the Braided Hair style of 1839-1857, with earlier dates such as this seldom encountered. What stories this one could tell!
