Description
Environmental Damage. Struck on a rough planchet which led NGC to the Environmental Damage qualifier; we disagree, but we're not the bidder here. Variety without IN in the obverse legend. Steel-blue and gray surfaces. Off-Center, a typical state for the issue. Some weakness in the legends on the reverse, AU overall. Choice to our eyes. 18.6 grains.
