Description
Thick Planchet, Plain Edge. Glossy chocolate-brown with excellent all-around eye appeal. Later state of the die with cud, resembling a bear cub, partly formed at upper left corner of regulator (clock). Faint planchet cuter mark curves along both sides of the piece, barely noticeable and a good insight into 19th-century coinage manufacturing. In an old-style green label PCGS holder with plastic frame.
