Joanna Louten (Louvain) 1361-1383. Bright and lustrous yellow-gold surfaces. Struck on a slightly irregular flan. Perhaps lightly cleaned at some point, but its visual and physical quality far outweigh any trace of cleaning. Sharply rendered knight and horse on obverse, royal Arms on reverse. Attractive, and as scarce as can be.
