PCI MS-66+ PL 1881-O Morgan Dollar

Shows a colorful obverse tone which is most assuredly artificial. We'd grade this one more in the choice category and only semi PL at best, rather than the high end gem assigned grade. This would be a true rarity if in an NGC/PCGS holder as NGC has only certified 1 MS-66 PL to date.
