Sealed 1982 P+D Mint Souvenir Mint Sets

These 1982 P+D Mint Souvenir Sets were only available at their mint's gift shops. No regular Mint Sets were produced in 1982, making these sets more desirable. Better yet, these P+D sets both remain sealed.
