Description
Brightly lustrous with satiny golden surfaces. Though 128 examples of the issue have been called MS-67 by PCGS, no doubt many of that number represents re-submissions in the quest for an even finer grade. However, only one example has been graded finer than the present offering by PCGS. A golden opportunity for a commemorative fancier.
